About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate BCBA with a passion for school-based work to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Panama City, FL. This full-time role is heavily focused on applied behavior analysis to support students with significant behavioral needs and upskilling teachers in behavioral strategies.
The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments and is committed to working directly with students in elementary or middle school settings. You will be embedded within the school community and serve as a key resource to students, teachers, administrators, and district leadership to drive positive change and improve student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct behavior supports to students with intensive behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with school and district teams to implement school-wide behavior initiatives.
- Provide consultation, coaching, and capacity building for teachers and staff to strengthen Tier 1 and Tier 2 behavior supports.
- Lead Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with trauma-informed and evidence-based practices.
- Support implementation of strategies that increase engagement, reduce disruptive behavior, and improve school climate.
- Participate in MTSS, IEP, and student support team meetings as a behavior subject matter expert.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in school settings and with students who present intensive behavioral challenges.
- Strong communication, collaboration, coaching, and leadership skills.

- Vision and hearing abilities must be sufficient to observe student behavior, read printed materials and digital screens, and communicate effectively.
- The employee must be able to maintain visual and auditory attention to ensure student safety and engagement throughout the school day.
- Work is typically performed in a school environment with moderate noise levels and frequent movement between classrooms or buildings.
- The employee may occasionally be exposed to body fluids or communicable diseases while performing job duties and must follow district and company safety protocols.
