Invo Healthcare is seeking passionate and driven Clinical Fellows (CFYs) to join our team of school-based professionals across California. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to begin their career in a supportive, collaborative environment while making a meaningful impact on students' lives.

As a CFY with Invo, you’ll receive hands-on experience, mentorship from seasoned SLPs, and access to robust professional development resources—all while helping students achieve their communication goals.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.

Conduct assessments and evaluations under supervision.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, psychologists, and occupational therapists.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Engage in ongoing supervision and mentorship throughout the CFY experience.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Eligible for Required Professional Experience (RPE) Temporary License in California

Passing score on the Praxis Exam

Supervision by a licensed California SLP

Apply for a Preliminary Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC)
