Job Description
- Evaluate children 0-3 to qualify for Early Intervention
- Year-round position
- Part-time offers only
- No PTO
- A network of providers is available as support as well as the Program Manager, Samantha Hyde
- 24 hours annual training required
- Required training is paid out at 60% of your rate
- Compensated for mileage and travel
- Experience performing multi-disciplinary evaluations
- Experience working with children 3 and under
- Experience in homecare setting
- Understand the use of testing tools to determine EI legibility
- Knowledge of using informed clinical opinion
- Background creating IFSP’s and writing outcomes
- Must be available for evaluations any time from Monday-Friday between 8-5pm.
- This role often works for people with flexible schedules.
