Invo Healthcare is seeking passionate and mission-driven Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as Behavior Coaches. In this role, you’ll partner directly with educators to strengthen classroom practices, reduce reactive discipline, and promote equitable, trauma-informed learning environments.

What You'll Do:

• Use Invo’s proprietary Assessment of the Behavior Learning Environment (ABLE℠) to evaluate classroom systems and guide tailored coaching plans.
• Develop and deliver evidence-based coaching aligned to Tier 1 and Tier 2 behavioral frameworks, with a foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive strategies.
• Collaborate side-by-side with teachers to build proactive classroom systems that support regulation, engagement, and student success.
• Track progress using Insight™, our real-time digital coaching platform designed by BCBAs to monitor teacher growth and classroom improvements.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes BCBAs, mental health clinicians, trauma specialists, and educational leaders.
• Support schoolwide efforts to improve student behavior, increase engagement, and decrease teacher burnout and classroom removals.
