Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Early Intervention
Job Description
Invo Healthcare is seeking a talented, part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention Team in Franklin/Fulton Counties. Invo is the nation's leading provider of behavior, mental health and therapy services in schools, centers and communities.
To qualify, applicants mush have:
- Master's degree from ASHA accredited university
- Active state-level licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Child Abuse Clearance
- Criminal Background Check
- Fingerprinting
- Experience working with young children is a plus but not required
What to expect from this role?
- Provide intervention for infants and toddlers with developmental delays as well as family training (coaching) in the areas of pre-speech skills (attention, sitting), functional play, motor imitation, expressive/verbal language development, receptive language development, and feeding/swallowing skills
- Serve as a member of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) Team for infants and toddlers with speech and/or language concerns
- Facilitate goals and objectives per child's IFSP
- Maintain appropriate records
- Perform other SLP duties/responsibilities required by the Program and within the scope of licensure and/or certification
- Ensure all services are performed in accordance with stat laws and regulations
