Invo Healthcare has an IMPACT team in Fort Bend County and we are looking for a dynamic, part-time Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team! 

Invo provides the opportunity to integrate with exceptionally talented peers at every level. You will work with the IMPACT team to incorporate best practices into the diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and service delivery process.  

Responsibilities 

• Working with youth who have had exposure to aversive childhood experience 
• Administering therapeutic interventions and the following modalities: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Seeking Safety in individual, family, and group settings  
• Collaborating with families, school staff and administrators to ensure youth’s success  
• Complete and maintain session notes, monthly progress reports, as well as treatment planning 
• Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations  
• Supporting the team in crisis management and de-escalation  
• Attending Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings to offer insight to student progress  

Requirements 

• Hold a master’s degree in counseling 
• Current state licensure (TX) as a licensed mental health professional 
• Experience working in the school setting, with child and adolescent populations is preferred
