Registered Nurse (RN), School-Based

Invo Healthcare is seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join our school-based services team in Morgan Hill, CA. Invo is the nation’s leading provider of behavior, mental health and therapy services in schools, centers and communities.

To qualify, applicants must: 

• Have active state-level licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) 
• Have active school-nurse certification
• Have experience working in schools or with children is required 
• Have current knowledge and skill in administration of medication in accordance with state law 
• Demonstrate safe nursing care, reflecting the philosophy, purpose and standard of current law  

What to expect from this role? 

• Arranging for special tests, examinations, and immunization programs 
• Maintaining comprehensive health records for each student 
• Assisting in the interpretation of health needs to students, parents, and teachers; assisting families in the use of community health resources. 
• Planning and organization of school health programs 
• Caring for emergency illnesses and injuries 
• Maintaining school nursing services records 
• Managing chronic health conditions 
• Fulfilling any other school nurse needs that arise
