Our IMPACT (Multidisciplinary Program to Address Childhood Trauma) team unites passionate mental health and behavioral health professionals to support students in building healthy behaviors and mindsets that will guide them for a lifetime.

For the 2024-2025 school year, we’re searching for a dynamic, part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team in the Broward County, FL area. What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the IMPACT team to deliver innovative, trauma-informed support to students.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, design treatment plans, and implement service strategies.
  • Train and collaborate with other team members to implement evidence-based ABA strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance to support students with significant behavioral challenges.

What You’ll Bring:

  • BCBA certification (minimum 2 years in good standing).
  • Active state license (or ability to obtain one).
  • Experience with neurotypical and neurodiverse clients, including those with challenging behaviors.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and professional demeanor.
  • School-based experience (preferred).
