For the 2024-2025 school year, we’re searching for a dynamic, part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team in the Broward County, FL area. What You'll Do:
- Partner with the IMPACT team to deliver innovative, trauma-informed support to students.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, design treatment plans, and implement service strategies.
- Train and collaborate with other team members to implement evidence-based ABA strategies.
- Provide expert guidance to support students with significant behavioral challenges.
What You’ll Bring:
- BCBA certification (minimum 2 years in good standing).
- Active state license (or ability to obtain one).
- Experience with neurotypical and neurodiverse clients, including those with challenging behaviors.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and professional demeanor.
- School-based experience (preferred).
