Occupational Therapist (OT)- Full Time, Full Year - Community Based Early Intervention

Invo Healthcare is the nation’s leading provider of behavioral, mental health, and therapy services in schools, centers, and communities. We are seeking a motivated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our community-based Early Intervention team in Columbus, OH.
This full-time role is structured as a 4-day workweek, and staff have flexibility to create their own schedule during the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm.

Professional Requirements
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) License (Ohio OTPTAT Board)
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License; travel required for home and community visits
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or families (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations of fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
- Provide family-centered therapy in homes, childcare centers, and community settings
- Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
- Coach and support parents and caregivers using evidence-based strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to state and Early Intervention guidelines
- Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, service coordinators, and other team members
